THERMOFORMABLE
PAPERLITE®
Flextrus PaperLite® is a paper-based packaging material that puts a pack with the attractive look & feel of paper in the hands of consumers. Its real natural paper look and feel gives you the opportunity to differentiate your products and attract consumers who prefer fibre-based packaging. Flextrus PaperLite® is based on Billerud FibreForm®. The material runs well on standard packaging lines.
AIRLITE®
Flextrus AirLite® is offered with recycled PET (rPET) and manufactured in an optimal process for minimised use of resources. Low density, chlorine-free and environmentally sound, Flextrus AirLite® offers high processing on existing thermoforming lines (formability, cutting) without the need for new investments. The expanded material delivers a soft look and feel in enabling attractive product presentations. Flextrus offer both mono PET versions as well as PE-sealing alternatives.
FIBRELITE®
Flextrus FibreLite® helps your products attract consumers by giving premium brands and products the traditional look & feel of paper. Flextrus FibreLite® runs very well on standard packaging lines with no new investments. Semi-rigid and softer versions of Flextrus FibreLite® are available to suit your specific preferences. Flextrus offers both mono PET versions as well as PE-sealing alternatives.
HILITE
Based on chlorine-free raw materials, Flextrus HiLite let you meet these preferences with packs that also deliver a very attractive product presentation and high product protection. Flextrus HiLite is offered with up to 50% recycled PET (rPET) and manufactured in an optimal process for minimised use of resources. It has a mix of recycled industrial and consumer packaging material from certified and approved sources, always surrounded by a layer of virgin PET to ensure performance equal to that of material made only from newly produced resins. The high quality, semi-rigid material provides excellent capabilities on existing thermoforming lines. Flextrus offer both mono PET versions as well as PE-sealing alternatives.
